On behalf of the Canton Elementary School Faculty and Staff, I would like to welcome you to our school’s webpage.  It is indeed an honor to have the opportunity to serve the children of the Canton Public School District every day.  It is with outstretched arms that our staff welcomes the most precious commodity anyone can receive, your children.  What parents value or believe defines what is important to their children. When you value education and believe it is important, so will your children. Our partnership with you in this shared value is critical. Your child’s education is our priority! 

The administrative staff and our educators are dedicated to the use of sound instructional practices and high quality instructional materials, including the integration of technology, throughout the curriculum. Our cosmopolitan approach affords students the opportunity to go beyond the “basics,” through the use of technology and through an intentional focus on meeting the needs of each individual student. 

Thus, I am excited to be working with such a talented, enthusiastic, and dedicated staff in a school environment where our school board, Superintendent, parents and the community are supportive of our efforts. Children are our greatest natural resource. We take seriously our responsibility to nourish, protect and develop children to their fullest potential.  I look forward to working with each of you as we continue to make academic strides and PRANCE TOWARD EXTRAORDINARY DISTINCTION!
