CPSD maintained its "D" rating but this time the district was only three points from a "C" rating.
CPSD administrators, teachers, students, parents, staff, and the community, thanks for all of your hard work and support. We could not have made these incredible gains without you. We are motivated by our results. To be so close to a C was both heartbreaking and exhilarating. It was heartbreaking because we were almost there, but it was exhilarating because it affirms that we are doing the right things. All of our elementary schools are now C or better, we’ve maintained a C at our high school for 3 years, and the one school that we had that was an F increased its level to a D. We are almost there, and we will spend this school year making sure that we cross this last hurdle.
CPSD Superintendent Gary Hannah “PERSEVERANCE CONQUERS ALL”
