CPSD ACADEMIC PROGRESS UPDATE

The Canton Public School District strives to keep our parents and community updated on our students' academic progress. The chart below shows estimated performance levels based on our first two district assessments. At the beginning of each nine weeks, schools set progress goals for the term. The chart illustrates each school's goal for the nine weeks and their estimated progress towards the goal. These are estimates that we use to identify strengths and weaknesses and provide support to schools in meeting identified goals. We will issue an additional update after students take mock assessments in March. Students, teachers, and principals are working extremely hard to have another year of exemplary academic progress!
